Shipping cost: The standar shipping cost is based off the weight of the product and destination country to where the product is shipped to. We offer free shipping when purchasing over a specific amount, and/or for spesical deals and products, check in store.

Delivery time: Delivery time to countries USA and Canada usually is within two weeks. Be aware extended delivery time may occur, due to transportation abnormalities.

Missing or lost package: Customers must contact our store email, and explain the situation including valid evidence. Evidence must be approved by our customer helper, and you will get a new product shipped out. Tracking packages is available.
