Shipping cost: The standar shipping cost is based off the weight of the product and destination country to where the product is shipped to. We offer free shipping when purchasing over a specific amount, check in store.

Delivery time: Delivery time to countries USA and Canada usually is within two weeks. Be aware extended delivery time may occur, due to transportation abnormalities.

Missing or lost package: Customers must contact our store email, and explain the situation including valid evidence. Evidence must be approved by our customer helper, and you will get a new product shipped out. Tracking packages is available.

Returns

Change of mind: we do not accept returs if you change your mind.

Broken products: Our products is quantity tested and humanly approved before packing and shipping out to our customers. If our product gets broken under packaging/shipping or are defective upon arrival, contact customer support. The product must be shipped back to our store with all items and original packaging, customer must pay for shipping when returning products. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging and all parts to the item. We do not accept returns if product gets broken after using.
